haze glossmeter / DOI

In practice, these terms mean:
Gloss: Surface shininess
Haze: An optical effect caused by microscopic textures or residue on a surface.
DOI: A measure of how clearly a reflected image will appear in a reflective surface.
RSPEC: The peak gloss value over a very narrow angle.
DOI results can be used to quantify application problems such as orange peel.
Orange peel and other textures can be directly measured using DOI, measuring this value can also tell us about flow and levelling of samples in the laboratory
